Three Months Comprehensive Coaching

Step 1: PURCHASE

Purchase the package. 

Step 2: TOUCH BASE

We'll get in touch with you to walk you through the pet sample collection and online questionnaire to be completed on your pet. 

Step 3: CONFIRM SAMPLE SENT

Allow a week for delivery (from the time you send the sample by courier or post, to delivery our end).  Please email hello@pureharmonics.co.nz to confirm you have sent the sample so we may then phone you to initiate the appt time

Step 4: APPT TIME ARRANGED

We will then phone you to confirm an appt time for the scan and treatment, and a follow-up appt time to discuss the findings..

(The scan and treatment appt usually take 2hrs).

(The follow-up appt usually takes 1/2 hr)

Please note the scan needs to be at least an hour away from your pets main meals so please factor this in.

Step 5: CONFIRMING READY TO PROCEED

We'll text you 5mins before the allocated appt time for the scan and treatment to confirm you are all ready for us to begin.  Your pet needs to have NO METAL on (such as a collar).  We will text to confirm the session is complete and arrange, at that point, a time to discuss the report which will be based on the findings. 

Step 6: DISCUSSION OF FINDINGS/REPORT SENT

This is where we can discuss the findings that showed after the scan and treatment.  On completion of the  follow-up phone call, the report with recommendations will be sent by email.

Step 7: FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

We'll book a follow up session each week to check in on your progress, based on the Symptom Sheet you complete each day, sent with the Recommendation Report, the previous week.  At this point we tweak the programme as necessary and each week thereafter we report in with each other including an update of the symptom sheet at which point there may be amendments made to the programme.   We are looking to improve health from a foundational level involving regeneration of cells, tissues and organs and detoxification through food source and supplement sources.   Natural medicine does not suppress or mask symptoms, so 'outward signs of progress' may not happen as quickly as what a drug would take effect.  A three month programme however is working with your pets innate ability to implement change and a positive trajectory towards health should be seen in this time frame, particularly if prior to commencement of the programme, the trajectory was downwards towards chronic disease states.

Shipping Policy

At Pure Harmonics, we want to make the process of caring for your pet as simple and transparent as possible. Here's what you need to know about shipping as part of our service:

Sample Shipping (Customer Responsibility)

When you purchase a package with us, you are responsible for the cost of shipping your pet's fur or nail sample to our clinic. You may send samples via:

• Courier service

• Standard post

Important: Please allow one week for delivery from the time you send the sample until it reaches us. Once you've sent your sample, email us at hello@pureharmonics.co.nz to confirm dispatch so we can schedule your appointment.

Materials & Reports Shipping (Our Responsibility)

Any materials, products, or items we send to you during the first week of your programme are shipped at our expense. This includes:

• Sample collection materials (if applicable)

• Follow-up materials

• Any other items we provide as part of your programme

Programme Duration

Our programmes range from 1 week to 3 months in duration. Shipping terms apply throughout your programme period as outlined above.
